Sales & Return Policy:


- Any BarberTech Video Products customer wishing to return any product within one week of receipt will be charged a 15% restocking fee, within two weeks of receipt will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and within three weeks of receipt will be charged a 25% restocking fee; provided product is returned "new" and in original packaging.

- No returns will be accepted after three weeks of receipt of any BarberTech Video Products. Shipping costs (Both ways) and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

- In case of replacements, repair or exchange, the customer is also responsible for the shipping costs and handling fees both ways.

Shipping Policy:


Barber Tech usually ships by FedEx. We can ship by other carriers at your request. We strongly recommend shipping insurance. BarberTech does not take any responsibility in case the package gets lost, stolen or damaged. By using your own shipping account, BarberTech does not accept any responsibility for unexpected charges.
